Please note that custom orders are crafted specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned unless they are deemed faulty. We take pride in the quality of our workmanship, but if you believe there is a fault with your custom order, please contact us immediately, and we will address the issue promptly.
Sale items
We want your experience with Basil and Dawn to be nothing short of delightful. For regular-priced items, we are happy to offer refunds if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that sale items are final sales and cannot be refunded unless they are deemed faulty.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item unless faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
